Wedding Day Make-Up

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good cosmotoligist that does really good make-up and will possibly travel to where you are?  I am looking for someone to do my make-up the day of the wedding that is really good but isn't super expensive.  If anyone could help me out with this I would be very appriciative.
