Warehouse/loft space Suburbs IL

Hi!
My fiance and I got engaged in Nov. '12 and are planning a early spring 2014 wedding.  We really like the idea of a warehouse/loft space.  Most in the city are just too expensive, we can't see spending that amount of money!

We like the idea of a fun, casual wedding and just need an empty space to work with!  Most likely in the suburbs.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  I feel like I keep running into dead ends!

Depending on what your defintion of "suburbs" is, this may work for you......

The bad news......it's in Harvard, IL.  The good news, however, is that it is quite literally at the last train stop on the Union Pacific/Northwest line.  Guests from the city could actually hop on the train at the end of the night.
