Flat Shoes for a bride? Help!

I'm a disabled bride, looking for shoes for the big day. Here's the thing, I absolutely need to have flat shoes with slip resistant rubber soles and a closed heel. 
 
David's Bridal ballet flats with the leather soles are too slippery. I've checked DSW a few times with no luck. Seems regular chain stores aren't gonna cut it. Anyone know of stores that are good for ortho needs?

Macy's has a great selection of "work" style comfy flats.  They have the non-skid bottoms.

If I were you I'd get whatever shoes you love and take them to a shoe repair place to get the bottoms rubberized.  That will give you a lot more options.

I work at a theater and that's what we do for all of our costume shoes - Brooks shoe repair in the loop is where we go.  I've taken my own shoes there too - they are not cheap but they do fantastic work.

I actually have these in the black (wearing them right now!) and they're super comfy and the soles are pretty non-skid.  I'm actually debating on getting the silver ones and using them as my wedding shoes!  I've been trying to find a pair I'll actually use again.  Plus these guys are half off and only $14 right now!

I am not sure what you are looking for but TOMS are really cute and not expensive. They have a closed heel and I dont find them slippery. They come in almost any color and they have sparkly ones.

I also wanted flats for my wedding.  I ended up getting mine at DSW, but I also found some goods ones at the department stores.  I think as long as you're not looking for "bridal" shoes you'll have lots of options.  Best of luck!
