Day of Coordination

Hi Ladies I'm looking for someone to make sure all my favors/decorations at my reception venue are set up on the day of my wedding.  However paying 5-800 dollars for a day of coordinator just seems ridiculous. So here's a proposition, if anyone would like to come and make sure that those things are set up for my wedding-I would be happy to do day of coordination for yours. Let me know what you think.     When and where is your wedding? And how organized are you with everything? I am in a similar situation, I do not want to spend money on a day of coordinator, so I would totally be interested in exchangin services!

    Depending on your venue and/or florist, these services may be provided for a nominal fee.  For $200, our venue will set everything up for us..from escort table, cake table, gift table, to dinner tables.  We can bring supplies/materials/favors in the day before and assist in the set up of one table (as an example) OR bring photos of how we would like things to look.

    Our florist also said that as part of the contract, she will make sure tables are arranged to our point of view when she makes her delivery to the venue.  Both our florist and venue management have worked together before, and both have said of the other that they enjoy and respect working together.

    That may be another option for you.

    Also depending on your venue, this may already be included. For instance our catering coordinator will also make sure all the set ups of decor happen smoothly.

    When is your wedding? I am getting married in June, however, I also do Catering and social events as my side job.  I would be more than happy to help you or do an exchange service the wedding.
