Location ideas -- HELP :)

My finace and I are planning on having a very small wedding ceremony (parents and siblings along with their dates) followed by a nice dinner. I was planning around the June 1 date. I'm looking for an outdoor garden type setting I'm not finding much.

I live about an hour away from Chicago (Naperville/Bolingbrook area). I've contacted Lilacia Park in Lombard but there are no Saturdays available in June and they do not hold wedding ceremonys in May. I'm not sure if it would be too hot for an outdoor wedding in July.

Any other suggested locations of parks and gardens to hold a wedding ceremony. I feel like I'm going in circles with my search so any suggestion would be great

 are in the naperville/plainfield area...have you checked the conservatory in joliet?...just go to the park dist. web site....have to search a little but the park where it is at is very pretty and the conservatory it self was built at the turn of the century and is breath-taking, and cost isn't bad either...$400 and that includes chairs and set up of said chairs....

Try the Japanese Tea Garden in Geneva. I believe it's a Kane County Park District Facility. In fact, I would check all of Park Districts in your area for a garden setting.

What about Morton Arboretum or Cantigny?

If you are up for about an hour drive, White Pines Wedding Canyon is about 20 miles out of Rockford. A bit of a drive but it is beautiful. That is where we are getting married in 2014!

There's the Bird Haven and garden at Pilcher Park in Joliet. I've been to weddings there--very pretty. Although, June may be booked...check it out

The Morton Arboretum and Cantigny are both beautiful in the spring/summer, so are the forest preserves. (Herrick Lake, Blackwell, McDowel, ect.)
