Photographers in the loop area

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for recommendations for a great photographer that will do a wedding in the loop area.

We've spoken with a woman at Edward Fox and while I know they ahve a solid reputation I'm turned off by how aloof the woman is and her lack of attention to detail.  Any other suggestions?

I would imagine most photographers in Chicago would cover your wedding downtown. There is a website that Cruella013 put together of what knotties are using what florist, photographer, DJ, makeup and so on. Here is the link.

I am using Becky Hill....  I had my engagement pictures done back in November, and she was amazing!  She is really easy to get a long with and does a great job!  Check out her website to see her work!

I agree with the first responder — any photog listed as a "Chicago" photographer should be willing to travel to the Loop to shoot a wedding.

Heather Parker is who we hired. ( www.heatherparker.com/blog )  Gerber + Scarpelli is a good one too. They are a studio though, not sure if you were looking for someone independent.

Any Chicagoland photographer will travel to the loop. Jake from Two Birds lives in Kankakee, but all of our meetings and esession were in Chicago and the wedding was in Joliet.

Heather Parker. she is a destination photographer (our wedding is in Hawaii) but she does a lot in Chicago too and most photographers probably work in the Loop anyways.

There are tons of great photogs that work in Chicago, it depends on your budget.
Amy Christen AC Design and Potography is who I am using.
