http://justduckyevents.com/She was extremely helpful from start to finish, and well worth the cost! I used Barb for the "reception only" coordination and it was one of the best decisions I made. She met with me a couple of weeks prior to the wedding to talk about exactly how I wanted the reception laid out - from the escort cards, table numbers, flowers, favors, etc. - she made sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. Barb was also available during the planning process for any questions or suggestions that I needed. On the day of the reception Barb was at the country club hours earlier than it started to make sure everything was in place. She stayed throughout the reception to ensure we stayed on track with cake cutting, first dance, etc. Barb also helped to gather everything when the reception was over and made sure everything was collected and transported to our designated cars. Barb was right there for any questions or concerns that popped up during the reception as well. I can honestly say that Barb took all the stress off my shoulders! The reception went smoother than I could have imagined, and it was set up exactly how I envisioned.
