I was wondering when you were leaving, Owl. I knew it had to be getting close.

Happy early birthday.  I just had mine on Turkey Day. I feel like such an old fart.

This week I officially start in my new classroom. This is the first time I have taught infants except for all my years of babysitting. I already have some ideas of things I want to change and do, so that should keep my mind busy.

Oh yeah and then this weekend they are having a shower for SIL that I don't really want nor have the money to attend. I think I am going to go for like an hour b/c H and I already planned to get the tires on my car installed Saturday and use my birthday giftcards to go shopping while we are waiting. And I didn't even receive my own freaking invite to the damn shower and I am a SIL! It burns me up, but I guess that is just how her family is. I hate being told about things at the last minute.

Happy belated and early birthday to both of you!

WR: Ordered STDs last week which we'll begin sending out to family next month (we're spreading it out over a few months).  Need to get my ring resized.  Going to do some dress looking with mom and FMIL after Christmas.  Started making my escort card ribbon-board display thingy and love how it's turning out.  Hopefully we'll have deposits on DJ, florist and bakery by the end of December.

NWR: Leaving for a conference on Wednesday and looking forward to seeing colleagues and friends I only see intermittently. Celebrating the recognition of one of my mentors at the conference as well, so stoked about that.  Figuring out what I'm going to get the fam for this low-budget Christmas. Mom comes to visit in 3 weeks and 2 days!

WR: we sent out save the date's last week so that makes things more real! Deciding on a florist and then it seems like we will have everything booked.

NWR: My FI is a coach for Michigan State football and we are in the big ten championship this weekend!!! Excited for that and for things to slow down with football season and actually see each other for more then 15 minutes a night. Go Green!

WR: Got my dress and veil this past week. I also ordered my table linens and booked my DJ. I’m going to start looking for florists now. Oh and my aunt gave me her cricut and all of her scrapbooking stuff. I plan on making some things based on some cute Etsy stuff and hopefully save some money.

Here's one thing I want to make with it but in my colors:

NWR: Going to practice my presentation on Rheumatoid Arthritis tonight….tomorrow is my final class!!!!

WR: Finishing up all of last minute details: getting programs and favor cards printed, making seating numbers, making the seating chart, finishing my @^&%$ brooch bouquet.

NWR: I think the wedding is basically going to consume my life for the next 3 weeks...

WR: I feel like we are just spending spending spending right now! lol, we just purchased our table linens (minus the runners still looking), working to find a florist within a reasonable price who does not take smack, finishing up the last pomander (we will have 18 and they look amazing will for sure post a picture), wedding diet not going so well 29 days until first dress try on (I had my first bad day today/slash last night at work, but back on track right now), have caterers meetings set up right now and hope to have a caterer by the new year.

NWR: 8 hours down of my 59 hour work week (what was I thinking), thinking about planning a mini vacation to hocking hills in february to destress, got my tree up now just waiting to put up my outdoor lights, and I need to clean my house! OMG it is dirty

WR: I made a dress appointment for Dec. 10 at David's Bridal at Morse Road. This makes it all real...other than that, I've been thinking about the things I should be doing (cake, flowers, details) and not doing any of it lol! NWR: Getting closer and closer to finishing my master's program - will be done in March. Lots of homework and working. Also sticking with my fitness program (CrossFit) and planning for a 30-day Paleo eating program I will start on Jan. 1 (check it out - whole9life.com). Nervous and excited for that!

NWR:  Job searching and finishing up grad school!  I graduate with my MBA in 19 days and it hasn't really hit me yet! eeeek!

WR: Waiting to get my cd back from my photographer with my e-pics so I can work on my STDs. Also, trying to compile addresses for all on our guest list (that part is going to SUCK!). I also really need to get with all of my vendors to update my address since FI and I just moved into the house we bought. Yikes.

NWR: Impatiently waiting for my furniture to come in so it can be delivered and I can stop chilling out on the floor in the family room. Also, trying to make a list so FI and I can go start/finish our Christmas shopping this weekend!

WR: Have an idea for what I am doing for my STDs!  Supoer excited about them as they will have a similar look to our invites and programs! I am hoping to get the design for the STDs finished this week!  Took FI to see our ceremony/reception site on Friday.  We have been to a wedding/reception there before, but it was indoors and he had not seen the outdoor location.  He was really excited.  Got my wedding band fixed and am going to pick it up tonight, along with exchanging his since he bought it WAY too big (tungsten so it cant be resized.)  Contacting our hometown newspapers to put in our engagement notice (parents wishes lol)  Think i have decided to keep our photographer rather than switch and lose our deposit, hopefully making the final call this weekend.  All of my BMS and MOH have tried on their dresses except for 3 OOTers, but i will see all of them during the holidays, so im excited to see what they think!  Bought all the jewelry for them to wear on the big day as well! Now i need to find stuff to make my sash, jewelry and headpiece! FINALLY found a tan tux and suit to rent for FI and the GMs.  Taking him this weekend to see what he thinks.  Have our guest list finished but im sure i will be making changes................... omg i have been busy! lol

NWR: CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS!!! Cant wait to put up our tree soon! NOT looking forward to traveling and avoiding the unhealthy foods and junk... but i love seeing my friends and family and i love cooking! Guess i just wont be eating what i make! haha My volleyball league is ending this week, so kinda bummed that its over!
