it is a little weird to me too. . . but I just took our whole budget (and I'm not even sure if we'll being spending it all) and divided it by the number of guests we'll have to get the number. Still. . . it seems a strange way to think about it.

I have no idea the cost per person.

Does this include your rings and HM too?  Doesn't really make sense to figure out this way...

This is more the overall cost.  a 20k budget is very different with 100 guests and 200 guests.

That's what I did too... we're budgeting $20k, but never considering a "per-person" cost outside of what we're charged by the venue...
