Hey Alyson!!
One of my friends is getting married on Maui and wanted to ask you about Kahana Village.....give me the good, the bad, the ugly!

How is married life?  Making any trips back to Japan anytime soon?  I want to go with my sister in the fall

It's a great location! I love the place. We stayed in condo#3 - and it's so freaking beautiful! The managers are on site, so they're pretty helpful.

Ooh, as for the ugly/negative - there's not tons of room for set up - except for in front of condos #1 & 6 (the only air conditioned one on site, FWIW). We thought about having our wedding there, but found that the managers were less than enthused.

In the end, we had the welcome BBQ there, and it worked out perfectly.
