HELP!!! Wedding Coordinator suggestions

Hi all,

I'm a getting married in 5 weeks and I just got an email today that my wedding coordinator in Oahu is shutting down and won't be able to do my wedding! I'm planning a small beach wedding in Oahu so I only really need someone for the day of to help set up, get the permits, etc.

Any suggestions?? Thanks alot!

With only 5 weeks left, your options may be limited. I suggest calling Above Heaven's Gate (www.hawaiiweddings.com) and see if they can help you out. We used them for our beach wedding a few weeks ago and they organized everything for us... I know they specialize in last-minute weddings too. Plus, if you already have other vendors, you can still use them and hire AHG a la carte for the beach permit, etc. Good luck!

You can also contact our wedding planner at http://www.alohafromhawaiiweddings.com/ she did our planning and set up for the day of; prices are very reasonable and she specializes in smaller weddings. Good luck. HTH

We used Weddings of Hawaii (http://www.wedhawaii.com/) for our 8/28/12 Oahu wedding and they were great!! We booked our package a few days prior so they can definitely handle last minute arrangements.
