Elopement Package Suggestions

My fiancee and I are eloping to Hawaii in February.
We would LOVE to hear your recommendations on elopment package companies.  We're eager to have a ceremony that ties in traditional Hawaiian traditions.

Also, any recommendations on islands or resorts.
