Hawaii Wedding HELP (:

My fiance and I are planning on flying to Hawaii and getting married either on the beach or at a waterfall location. I honestly do not know where to start. I know about the license but then I see permit fees, I don't know how to even begin looking for an officiate or location. We don't have tons for some of the expensive coordinators. It will be just the 2 of us in Hawaii then we will do a reception after we get back for everyone. Which that in itself is an issue because we don't know whether to have a "pre" wedding event or after we get back. If anyone has any 

Suggestions on hotel, location for "ceremony", officiate, best time of year, or anything else I'm forgetting they would be greatly appreciated.
