bouquet toss

I do not like flowers so I want to hold a fan or something like that for the ceremony but I would like to have a bouquet toss and if I throw a fan I might hurt someone any ideas on how I can have a bouquet toss but not have to hold flowers?

The bouquet you throw isn't what you're actually holding anyway.  I threw a different bouquet than the one I carried, which is pretty standard practice.  So you can carry a fan, but have a small bouquet set aside just for the toss.
