Northwest Alabama Venue

I'm looking for a rustic type venue.. We will have around 140 guest, so a lot of the houses around the Florence area are too small.  I LOVE J and D Farms, but it is way out of our budget.   I would love to find an event barn or maybe a list of parks that can serve as a venue around the Florence/Shoals/Tuscumbia area!   We are wanting to get married in October 2013.. and a lot of the places I've found have the fall completely booked already.

    You may have booked a venue already, but Doublehead resort in town creek is a very nice rustic venue! And not as expensive as some others I've looked at!

    I was in a wedding not to long ago at a place called SouthWind Plantation. Beautiful venue, gorgeous barn, nice people to deal with. www.southwindplantation.com
