Liquor permit

Our venue is the Alaskan Gardens B&B in Anchorage, off Hillside. It will be an outdoor, summer wedding. Can someone point me in the right direction for liquor permits, etc? Do I need one? And how would I go about obtaining one? We will not have a bartender, but will be providing our signature wine on the tables.

TIA!

Does the B&B require you have one? A lot of venues will require that you apply for a permit if anything is uncorked but smaller places may not need one. If it will just be your wine, they may "look the other way". That would help you out cost-wise as a permit can be kinda spendy and you have to go through the Municipality for it.

Interesting. I checked into the Bed and Breakfasts and a new law states that B&B's can't host weddings (crazy I know).... so I'd double check on that, and then see what their own policy for liquor is...since it's their property.
If you do need one you'll probably have to go through the municipality.
