I have looked and will keep looking, but i thought somebody on the board might find this and be able to help. I am going to wear my mother's forty year old opera gloves (16 button mousqutieres) but.. they need to be cleaned, the buttons need to be replaced, and I'm thinking of making them fingerless as the fingers are way shorter than my fingers (I have my mother's blessing to do this btw.) I was wondering if anyone knew how I would go about this. I believe they are a polyester/nylon type. I read on the net a way to clean them in the sink (obviously I would find a random trial pair to try this on, but even then it seems to risky) I'm in Arkansas, if that helps. I was just wondering if anyone would have a suggestion.
