Hi, gals!
I just got engaged this weekend! I actually live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, about 8 miles south of the Delaware border, in Salisbury. I'm posting here, though, because if my fiancee and I get married on the East Coast, there's a good chance it would be in Rehoboth, Lewes or another Delaware beach town. I know most of ya'll are from upstate, but I wanted to join in the fun anyway!
I have a confession ... I have been reading this board regularly for a long time! Actually, I did an editorial internship at The Knot's NYC offices in 2006 -- KnotJen, are you still here? We used to go out to lunch together! -- so I've been a big fan of the Knot for a really long time.
I'm really excited to finally be able to legitimately join in the conversation. I'm not sure if we're getting married in Delaware, though, because I'm originally from Arizona and my parents would like us to get married in Phoenix. But I know I'm still going to need some recommendations and resources around here!
