17 days to go and I think we pretty much have everything done! Except....the dj papers we have to fill out still haven't came in the mail and I am totally freaking about food as the guy was supposed to call almost 2 weeks ago to tell us if he can work in our budget or not! We've called him and he said he would call is the next day and here it is..the next week! Ugh. But other than those 2 things I am super excited and can't wait to marry my best friend! I do wish people would RSVP though...but in reading other posts it seems like no one rsvp's anymore. Sucks when you're on a budget and would like to save where you can!

If it makes you feel better my caterer didn't come back with her final price till the day before! We had many that didn't RSVP that showed up and just as many that did RSVP that did not show up! But we just did finger type foods so all we needed was a general number and it worked out fine.

We have 17 days too!!!  WOW! 
If it makes you feel any better, we still have tons to do:
-planning out the reception timeline with the bandleader (he likes to talk!)
-get the final table count to the florist
-I'm making a ton of paper bags for the favors...I've only made 25 so far, and I need 180!
-I have to order/print the escort cards.
-I have to decide on the pocket silks for the guys (we're doing them instead of boutonnieres).
-We have to decide about purchasing another hour from the photographers...our timeline changed and now 8 hours isn't enough
-I have to design and print the programs. 

Sigh.  But that was therapeutic writing it all down!!

Yay! Same for us! We have just about everything done!

Just have to:

-print menus, programs, and escort cards

-final meetings with DJ, photographer and florist

-pick up my dress and favors

-drop off everything at the hall on the 25th.

I'm at the 17 day mark too!

My hair person just informed me that she may not be able to get the day off work...wtf??  So I'm scrambling a bit for a new hair person.  The challenge is that ours is sort of a destination wedding - it's an hour outside of the city over a mountain pass - no salons nearby - so we need to find someone who can travel.  And, the wedding coincides with a big wedding show that weekend - so some vendors can't do both.

Finally doing a cake tasting this weekend.

Finishing DIY projects next weekend - monograms and such, need to paint the frames for the table numbers, already printed the pictures.  Frosted pinecones last weekend.

Haven't heard from the florist in several months - kind of nervous about that.

We're doing a hand ceremony - need to forward that info to the officiant.

Need to pick a version of Canon in D for my mom's entrance.

Need to finalize aisle decor.

Gah - need wedding rings!

Okay...I have a lot left to do!
