Beverage Caterer Twin Cities

Hi! My fiance and I will be getting married in August 2013 at the Bruentrup Farm in Maplewood, MN. They allow outside food and beverage catering. We have our food caterer Indian Buffet! set. Now we are looking for a Beverage Caterer.

Any recommendations/suggestions for a budgetfriendly Beverage Caterer. We've contacted PROM, Complete and Joseph. We are looking for additional suggestions.

I guess it depends on what your budget is. We are going through Roasted Pear.....but they hold the liquor license at our venue. Eagan Community Center We went to a wedding last year that Green Mill provided both food and beverage so they might do just the liquor contract for you. Ask the coordinator at your venue who people have used before?

I'd look into getting bulk beer/wine/liquor at Costco or Sam's Club and maybe hiring a couple students from Minnesota School of Bartending. I think they also let you return any unopen bottles.
