Looking for a beach or lake side venue for a very small wedding

We are looking for a place by the Twin Cities or a few hours away where we can have a small wedding on a beach or lake on the sand at sunset.  Any ideas?

    Check out the pavilion at Como Park that's on the lake (Black Bear Crossings), Silverwood Park (Three Rivers Park district), or Roseville Parks (if you want something very casual on a lake).
