Day Block Building help!

Hello! I was wondering if any of you Day Block Building brides (or anyone else who has a clue of what I'm talking about) could help me out. So Day Block requires that the bridal couple takes out an insurance rider for the building if there is going to be alcohol served. How did you guys go about this? And, if you don't mind me asking, how expensive was it? I'm trying to budget for it but I just have nooo clue where to even begin. Thanks!

We have to get liability insurance for our venue, not sure that is the same thing as you will need.  Our venue recommended WedSafe (http://www.wedsafe.com/), I think it is going to be around $150-200.  HTH.

If you are a homeowner, it can be included in your homeowner's policy. We originally looked at a venue like Quincy's and our insurance agent said it would be a one-time charge of about $200.
