    You might try looking at 1/2 of 1/2.  I think its in Lenexa.  Its right off of I-35 on the west side between 87th and 95th I think.  I've never been in there and its not a strictly wedding place, but a friend of mine got a dress there recently for cheap.  She was the mother of the groom and said there were some beautiful dresses in there.  Just and idea...
