I will use this feed back to post under the "Vendor review" section of our website. Please post which photographers you know of and any experiences you've had with them (your own wedding, MOH wedding, sister/brother's, etc.). TIA!

We are using RPM photography for our July wedding.  We have taken our engagement pictures with Rachel and were very pleased. Their website is rpmkc.org.  We considered using Carson Swisher.  He was wonderful when we met with him and it just came down to a few small reasons for us.  I would recommend them both!

Darn, I had this typed up and accidentally hit the back button!Anyway, Eric and I just had our E-Pics done by Monte of Artistic Impressions in Spring Hill, KS.  He drove to us in Lawrence, KS and does shoots all over KC.His site: http://www.artisticimpressions-air.com/

Our E-Pics: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2384306&id=16820012&l=500a1ef2d7We had him for a 3 hour shoot in which he was on time, funny, imaginitive, and constantly shooting.  We got around 800 pictures, including 3 changes of shirts and 6 locations.  We got a preview of 99 beautifully edited photos 3 days later, and 5 days later the disc was in the mail with ALL of the photos that were taken, as well as the ones he edited and played around with.  The quality of the photos is wonderful and we just can't believe how fast the turn around was.  For our wedding, Monte and his wife Cori will be with us for 8 hours.  I imagine at a similar rate as the E-Pics with 2 photographers, we will get at least 3-5k pictures from the wedding.  Along with receiving all of your pictures, you also receive the copy right to all of them.We are thrilled to have them as part of our wedding day - timely, professional, charismatic, creative, and all out fantastic! If you contact them, please let him know that you were referred by Jessica & Eric!

We're using Sara Tafoya. I had a friend use her for her wedding and she was in charge! haha She was very good at directing and getting the pics set up. She made everyone feel comfortable. We've already done our e-pics with her and once again, she was good at telling us how to pose and we really enjoyed the time with her. She has a great personality and is all about doing it right for the Bride and Groom and according to their style.

We used Parigo Studios for our Oct. 24, 2009 wedding photography. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them! It's a husband and wife team, and they shot thousands of photos the wedding day. We haven't seen the results yet, but there is one sneak peak photo on their blog - www.parigostudios.com. We also did our engagement photos and I did a boudoir photo session with them, and we were very happy with the results. They are very creative and don't like to pose people, but they get great results by capturing real moments throughout the day. I'd give them an "A+"!

Katie Day Photography is who we are using for our wedding. She did our engagement pictures and it was great! Her pictures are colorful and beautiful. She has such great ideas for pictures and she is a lot of fun to work with. www.katiedayphoto.com

I haven't posted in forever but figured I would give my two sense on this. For our wedding we used Tiffeny Manson with Artistic Imaging. I'm really not happy with our finished product. When we first attempted to have our e-pics, she "forgot" our appointment so we had to re-book and drive two hours again to kc for our session. The pictures turned out okay but I wish we would have gone to more than one location. Our wedding photos were not what I asked for. I wanted a journalistic style and she said she could deliver. Unfortunately she didn't and I regret going with them for our photography.Below is a list of photographers that I have worked with and have excellent work!http://www.labrisaphotography.com (he relocated to NY but he does come back for weddings. He is great to work with and is an awesome photographer. He is also very reasonably priced)http://www.jenifriendphotography.com and http://www.kristenmurphyphotography.com (these two ladies make a great team!!!! and their work is awesome! Again, they are very reasonably priced)http://www.ericamay.com (Erica is just AWESOME!!!! she is worth every penny)

We are using http://www.delaneyprophoto.com/ they have been doing weddings for 25 years now and I love the experience they have. It is a husband and wife team so you get two photographers and they have a wide range of wedding packages to choose from. Very easy to talk to and get ahold of.
