My church is doing an event in September for women that live at the battered womens shelter. Our church will be transfered into a boutique with new clothes for them; a salon set up where they will get make-up, hair,nails, and massages done; and they will have dinner. If you would like to donate anything I will be glad to pick it up! We all have make-up laying around that we never use or clothes in the closet with tags still on. We are hoping for new items but like new items will be helpful as well. We appreciate any help big or small to give these ladies a day of pampering and prayer. They have been through so much and have had to leave their homes to save theirs and their childrens' lives.
