Candles

I am having a difficult time finding candles for my centerpiece.  I would like them to either be lime green or a berry (sangria) color.  One centerpiece will be a candle plate with three pillar candles different heights with river rock and the other centerpiece is a metal lantern with one pillar candle and river rock.  (very zen) Does anyone know of a place I might be able to buy these color candles either online or in a store close to Kansas City?  Also since I will be buying about 60 candles they can't be crazy expensive.

I'm not sure other than checking Michaels, JoAnn, and Hobby Lobby.

Maybe post on the DIY boards.  Those ladies usually know where to find these types of things for cheap!

Not sure if that is quite the color you are going for but that was the closest to sangria Wal-Mart had.

Yeah I agree about checking the craft stores.  They always have coupons, but it will be much easier if you wait for them to have sales.  Check the ads on the weekends.

Otherwise, maybe you could check ebay or amazon to find something in bulk for cheap.

Also, I considered doing something similar for centerpieces briefly and thought about ordering them from yummicandles.com.  I don't know anyone who used them, but the prices are definitely reasonable and they come in like a zillion colors.
