Any one have a non-denominational/civil ceremony officient they'd like to refer for us? We're still looking for our September wedding and are kind of stuck. I'm not 100% sure if they need to be certified for a particular county (Platte), or just state (MO). TIA!

We're using Alex Reed.  He's a licensed minister and a licensed clinical psychologist.  He did our pre-marital counseling and we were so impressed, that we asked him to do our ceremony!
