Anyone have recommendations for an affordable on-site makeup artist for my wedding day? Many that I have found online are $100 and more! I'm looking to spend half of that. I'd be open to people who do makeup on the side, a student, etc..Thanks!!

I used Tricia Root.  I know she's actually a realtor now, but she may still do make-up.
