caterers?

Hi I'm new to the board. I am living out of town but coming back to have my wedding in BR. All prpoposals from caterers are starting to blend in with each other any suggestions? Recommendations? Al smith vs. Leger's vs Heirloom vs. Bayou Bistro.

we are using bayou bistro and they are GREAT so nice and a great price. plus their food is so so so good!

I'm currently in between Bonanno's and Bayou Bistro. I hear great things about both! But Caryn from Heirloom Cuisine is amazing - I love her! Good luck choosing!

We're using Bayou Bistro. They are great to work with and the food was yummy! lol.
