Benachi House

Today we looked at Benachi House on Bayou Road off of West Esplanade for our wedding and reception. I am in love with the freedom that we have at this venue to do as we please. However, I am going to have to decide between this venue and Board of Trade. Has anyone had a reception at Benachi House or know someone who has? I hear everyone raving about Board of Trade--just wondering if anyone has any input on Benachi.

    If your wedding is in the hotter months I wouldn't go with benachi house. It is just too hot. It is a beautiful place though. I'm using it for my wedding.

    I went to a wedding at the Banachi House in February. THey had a tent outside. WE FROZE.I suggest fall or spring
