Is there anyone in the New Orleans area who makes red velvet armadillo cakes?

    I would be willing to bet that Flour Power in Chalmette could do it. They've done some amazing designs and Rhonda is great to work with

    I agree w LSULacey.  When I met with Ronda, there was nothing she said "No" to.  I wanted part of my cake to be croquembouche (it's a French style cake).  I was afraid that they wouldn't be able to do it, but she said not a problem we've done it before and she even had some great suggestions!
