Question? Greenspring Manor Mansion?

Can anyone tell me if Greenspring Manor Mansion is the same as Gramercy Mansion? I have heard people mention Greenspring Manor Mansion, but when I google it, the first site listed is for Gramercy Mansion.

    I work in the wedding industry and have never heard of a Greenspring Manor Mansion. I also live in the area, must be Gramercy Mansion - beautiful venue!!

    Ok, thanks! We actually just booked the Gramercy Mansion for our reception last week. We really liked it there!!
