Maryland Parks

Hi all! In my search for an inexpensive outdoor-ish venue by the water... I've had some trouble finding a place. I was wondering if anyone knew of parks that have enclosed pavillions; I didn't really like the idea of an open pavillion in case of rain or other inclement weather. The only viable options I've come across so far are Quiet Waters Park and Mayo Beach Park (we have yet to visit them). Any other recommendations or feedback on either of these parks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

I just discovered Mayo Beach on the aa county website, have you heard anything from them?  It sounds like we're looking for the same kind of place!
