Help - recommended coordinators/planners booked

I have contacted the most recommended coordinators/planners on this board and unfortunately all of them are booked.  They are all eager to have their assistants or others in the office step in but I have not heard any recommendations for any of these.  Has anyone used teh assistants or other people in the office?  If so what company and who did you use?  Thank you in advance for the help.  I am all of sudden in panic mode.

    My wedding planner is Howerton-Wooten Events, led by Kay Wooten.  I've not been disappointed in her abilities.

    We used Heid at entertain me. she brought along an assistant named stephanie and we liked her a lot as well. there was also an intern named morgan there and she was real sweet to! have you tried her?
