Yia Yia's Bakery

Anyone know what they start at per slice?

Or have any recs for cake cheaper than $4?

TIA!

A few of my coworkers have used yia yia's, they said the place is pretty good but can be pricey.

I used sugar bakers cakes and it was so good!

We used Sweet in Ellicott City.  I'm not sure how much they are per slice but they were great to work with and I'm sure they'll work with you on pricing.  It's worth calling around.

We used Mary Elliott... I think our slices were $3.50.  We also used sheet cake, and I think the slices cut from sheet cake were $2.50.  It was delicious!!!!!

We used Yai Yai's and they avg about $4/slice, but that's for your typical flavors (i.e., red velvet, chocolate, etc., and buttercream icing). If you are using Fondant or cake with filling (i.e., vanilla cake with strawberries and cream filling), its an extra $1/slice. Pricey, yes! We're having our reception at McCormick & Schmick's downtown and they use Yai Yai's, so we're getting a discount because of that.
