Air conditioning

I have quite a dillema. I have booked my reception hall  and sent in the deposit. Now I am finding out that my venue does not have a/c and it's an August wedding. Does anyone know of any portable a/c units that I'm able to rent? I can't use window units so I will need some sort of stand air conditioner. Any suggestions???

    I think Bryant's Rent All in Lexington rents stuff like that.  Their website probably has info on it.  You might also look at United Rentals - they do all sorts of equipment - and they might have that.  If they don't, I bet one of those two would know who, if anybody, would.

    there is also a place called purdon's in Lex that does rentals. they may or maynot have those.
