veil combs

My mom is making my veils (one cathedral length, one blusher) and we have the tulle, but are looking for two metal combs to sew them onto.  I need 4 in. wide.  Does anyone have any ideas on where to buy these?  I have checked Sally's, Hobby Lobby, and Jo Anne's.  We found some at Jo Anne's but I don't think the teeth are long enough for such a heavy veil.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
