If you want to have it sort the posts by most recent reply, unceck the little box by "Sort by most recent post". It seems like it should be the other way around, but The Knot doesn't like to make sense.
I wouldn't mind this place if I could then sort a post's replies from newest to oldest and have it save the setting.
