Another guest list tip-
If you, your FI, your family, and your FI's family aren't all living in the same area, it's really helpful to use google docs.  This way everyone can edit the guest list and add addresses for their guests.  I also copied the guest list onto 3 separate tabs: engagement party, save the dates, and wedding guests.  This allows you to keep track of everyone invited to the engagement party or sent a save the date since you definitely invite them to the wedding.  That way if your budget changes and you need to cut down on the guest list you know exactly who you can and can't cut.
