Ceremony Music & Make-up artist?

I am having a full Catholic mass for my wedding, but am not thrilled with the musician the church provides.  Does anyone have suggestions?
Also, I am looking for a great affordable make-up artist that possibly does airbrush or at least the make-up stays on the whole day without looking oily.  Suggestions?
