any recs for a vintage dress alteration

I am searching the St. Louis area for someone to alter my vintage wedding dress.  I've done some research and have contacted some seamstresses, but I haven't found someone who has impressed me yet.  Do any of you have any recommendations?

I was considering wearing a vintage dress, and went to Brentwood Alteration and tailoring for a consultation.  I really like the girl I spoke with there (I can't remember her name, but I think she is one of the owners), and really liked her because I felt she was very honest about what could be done with the dress and what couldn't.  She also had pictures of other vintage dresses she had done in the past.  II ended up not going the vintage route because with the changes it was going to cost more than a new dress, but I may bring my new dress to her to get altered because I liked her so much.
