Assuming the reception is immediately following the ceremony in the same location, it looks great!

When I worded my invitations I consulted several etiquette sources. I'm not sure whether you are limited by space or not. I guessed on the year, not sure it's next year...........What you did was fine, and is probably a more modern approach.

"Proper etiquette" (OK, what old folks did, LOL):

    MIss My Name

    Mr His Name

I'm not as well-versed in the etiquette of invites as Sue is, but as an observer who was reading this, I found that I wanted it to say "AT 5:30 in the evening" (although I know that the "half-past" thing is pretty typical on invitations), and I definitely wanted "the fourteenth of july."

Also...the invite says nothing about a wedding.  Is it possible to read this as an invite to a fancy summer get-together?  Just something that would knaw at me.  ;)

It's ok to put "together with their parents" before your name, but you need to say what you are requesting the honor of their presence to.  You also need to include the year in which the wedding will take place.  I believe the proper way to write it out would be Two Thousand Twelve assuming that is the year you are getting married. (I don't believe you use the word "and")  And although we used Half past Five in the evening for my daughter's wedding invitation, technically evening does not start until Six.  Just  a few things to think about.

i pretty much agree with PP's. I would definitely include something indicating that there is a marriage or wedding taking place as well as the year.

Def on the right track but
    1. the together with parent can go above or below names
    2. the year really should on there.  you can go numeric if you dont have space...its very common these days :July 14, 2012 5:30 p.m.
    3. should describe what your inviting them to, request the honour of your pressence at the marrige of...
