I'm trying to find a florist who uses local flowers for our May wedding and I've been having some trouble. I've talked to a couple already, and one of them even told me that Michigan flowers don't start blooming till June- which I guess might be true of the northern UP, but not SE MI... Any ideas for florists or people I could buy the flowers from direct? I'd much rather give my money back to Michigan than importing from another state or country... Any ideas?
