I used Holiday Market's bakery in Royal Oak. They are pretty trendy, I'd assume they might do them.

I know Gwen's in Saline has vegetarian cakes, not sure a hmm out Vegan though.

Try Sugar Kisses in Berkley, I was just there the other day and they definitely do vegan cakes

Try Celiac Specialties in Rochester. They're able to do dairy-free and egg-free... I would think they could do vegan.
