My FI's long time friend, and great new friend to me, has offered to make our wedding cake and cupcakes. She brought us some samples lastnight : White cake with raspberry flavored frosting and raspberry filling. She did some with the filling and some without. Oh. My. Lord. were they AMAZING! We immediately texted her when she left after dinner and told her that "we needed about 100 more to purely sample" lol.
She's only charging us for supplies, which is super nice of her considering she's pregnant and will be about 2 months from delivering around the wedding. We've decided we were going to give her a lot more for all of her hard work.
