We are going on a camping trip aug 1-10. well, Fi is going up with his sons some of the time then i'm coming up a few days and will be home sooner then them (stupid dog baby sitter situation lol)...
anway...
Went and got our pop-up camper, which we store at his parent's house...
THE ENTIRE CANVAS IS RUINED!!! eatten by mice!!!! like not AT ALL useable! i'm really upset :(

Any idea how much a new canvas, beds and cushions would cost :(

    That sucks :( My parents are campers and they replaced the canvas a few years ago. I don't know how much it was, but I know my dad was pissed! He's super careful about storing it and is now even more so!

    yah it's a HUGE hit to our bank account. seems like buying premade is our best bet, then to have someone attach it. going to be 800-1200 maybe more :(

    Bummer!  This happened once to my parents and my dad go so mad he just got a camper and told the mice to eat that.  What are you going to do now if it can't be fixed in time?

    it definitely won't be fixed in time. he leaves Monday (i leave thurs to meet him up there).
    We have 2 tents- praying they were not eaten. although our airmatress was destroyed. we keep a tent and air matress in the camper for if the kids want to sleep outside or if our local friends come to visit our site.
    so we'll just tent it.... :(

    eh... im not too worried. we are planning to buy a double air matress.. the higher ones. so that should help.
