What area are you in/looking for?

I had a caterer at my FI's graduation party and the food was delicious!  I was getting compliments for weeks after. Very reasonably priced too.

I think she is out of Garden City? I will have to look up her information at home

The company is Choice Catering. Her name is Cheryl. I called her and she will not charge a travel fee (I didn't think she would, she came to Northville for FI's graduation party).

She does not require that large of a deposit either.  She is really nice and easy to work with.

    Her number is 734-673-3808

When you have time introduce yourself and give us details. We love to hear them and help out!  Smile

Do you want catering, or a venue? They are different. I can recommend caterers, but before I do, let us know if you need a place with a banquet hall, or just the food.

OK, that helps me answer your question.

My fiance & I just did some catering interviews a few weeks ago. We haven't made our final decision, but some of the companies in the running are gourmet stores. It's surprising to find out how many of them actually do offsite catering for parties, including weddings. Of the two we interviewed, both had done weddings at our venue.

    Here's a list:

    Randazzo's: http://www.randazzofreshmarket.com/products/

    Vince & Joe's: http://www.vinceandjoes.com/catering.php

    Joe's Produce: http://www.joesgourmetcatering.com/index.php

    Holiday Market: http://www.holiday-market.com/catering.php

I think for Randazzo's you have to go into the store and pick up one of their brochures.

Based on the pricing proposals we received, they are very competitive. I think they are able to offer what they do for the prices they charge because catering is not their only business. They order fine foods from all over ALREADY, so they can make the meals or appetizers from foods they already would have anyway. The head chef at Holiday Markets used to work at a 4 star restaurant. They are also VERY flexible, you can get just appetizers, or a meal, or mix & match.

    Good luck. Hope this helps.

    Hi, there

I don't know where you are located.  But I am using a catering company called Oaks Management Catering - 248-693-8305.  I am having the ceremony at SpringField Oaks County Park and can't wait!! The Catering company is Fantastic!! The lady I talked to was Laurie and she was VERY PLEASANT and helpful! The prices were great too!! That also included the bar tender, but you have to supply alcohol, if you are having it.  The 2 entree prices is $25.95 per person, which has been the best price so far. They also only charge $2.00 per person for the deposit.  Some of the places i have found want half and we don't have that! Hope this helps!!
