XP: NWR (Sorta) - ZITS!! UGH!!

I have two zits come up on my nose overnight and I have a wedding to go to on Saturday.  The deromtologist is on vacation so that is not an option.  I've been putting hot wash cloths on my nose to bring it to a head, but what else can I do to speed up the process and get it to heal ASAP??

Have you tried Zeno?  http://www.myzeno.com/  They are a little pricey, but you can get them at drugstores. I got mine with a 25% off coupon at CVS. They work pretty well to get the zit to either go away or come to a head. Afterwards, try Clean & Clear Popped Pimple Relief gel.

Neutrogena Rapid Clear pads - work wonders for me.  About $7-9 at your local drug store.

You can also crush up asprin (real asprin..like bayer) and add a very small amount of water to make a paste & then put it on the pimples & let it dry. I usually do it at night & sleep with it on. It minimizes the size/swelling. Proactiv has really good stuff too.
