    I did:

Old:  My mom cut up her old wedding dress and made it into a garter for me

New:  My dress, shoes, slip, veil, etc.

Borrowed:  My cousin's long earrings that she wore for her wedding

Blue:  My DH bought me a gorgeous blue and diamond ring as my wedding gift.  I didn't know this until right before, but my mom dyed the ribbon on the garter blue in case I didn't have anything else....

I'm hoping to get three of them taken care of in one item.  I might borrow my mom's sapphire ring.  As for new almost eveything I'm wearing.

New: My dress, veil, and earrings from FI as wedding present (he can't keep a secret!)

Borrowed: My grandma's necklace.  Although, unfortunatly, she passed away in March, so I'm not sure if it qualifies as borrowed anymore.
