It wasn't $3 per bag, it was $3 per person.  We had 42 people staying at the hotel, so it cost me about $125 total.

I went to the Dollar Tree for the bags (they actually had some really cute ones), and every bag was $1.  Then I got all of the literature for free from the Plymouth DDA.  And, I went to Sam's Club for all of the food.  For example, you can buy a box of 50 bags of Rold Gold pretzles for $11.22, when divided by 50 that's only 22 cents a bag.  The water was $3.98 for 35 (or 11 cents a piece).  My most expensive purchase were the muffins.  They were $6.98 for 15, so they were almost 47 cents a piece.  Gotta love Sam's!!!
